I understand that my attendance and participation at Indra's Awarehouse is completely voluntary and at my own risk.  By signing this release form I assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by Indra's Awarehouse.  I agree to release and hold harmless Indra's Awarehouse, Randi Southard, it's facilitators, assistants, and facilities from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I will not hold Indra's Awarehouse or Randi Southard liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises. I agree to take full responsibility for my behavior in addition to any damage I may cause to the facilities.
